Managing Director, Kalpesh Patel has 15 years experience of directing lettings and property management departments in North West and South East London. His professional knowledge of the market, business acumen and understanding the nuts and bolts of running a successful lettings business is second to none. Kalpesh has a direct commitment to detail within the landlord and tenant services offered and firmly believes this is essential for the continuous growth and development of the brand. In 2008, Kalpesh had the foresight and vision to develop an internet based business from scratch that delivers high street service at a more competitive price by investment into technology. A streamline operation is now created for the modern day user furthering our strategy and platform for transparent customer service.
Lettings Manager, Neel Patel joined the company October 2009 transforming us into a family owned business. Neel has previously worked with clients such as the William Pears Group with a £6 billion property rental portfolio and the Diocese of London. Neel has excellent local knowledge by working in property management offices across South East London. His invaluable experience, drive and enthusiasm and introduction to the business has seen an increase in testimonials delivered by his personal, friendly and pro active approach for the tenant and landlord services we offer.
