Public Transport

The Docklands Light Railway now extends to Greenwich, Deptford Bridge, Elverson Road and Lewisham, and connects to the Jubilee line at Canary Wharf (Zone 2), making the journey time into central London about 20 minutes. Main line trains run every few minutes from Greenwich Station (Zone 3) and will get you to the City in around 15 minutes. There is also a choice of several bus routes.

Greenwich Council is responsible for all local services, which include Social Services, housing, education and planning.
