Rent collection and tenancy management service
We can manage your property with our rent collection service for an additional charge of 2% per calendar month, or our full tenancy management service for an additional 4%.
The full management service includes:
- complete 24-hour maintenance
- quarterly property visits and maintenance reports
- arranging professional inventories at the start and end of the tenancy
- arranging professional cleaning services
- annual gas safety inspections with certificates
- annual statements of accounts provided for accountancy purposes
- works carried out by professional and qualified persons.
